DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
This treatment is a firm pressured massage aimed at releasing tension in muscle tissue, relieving pain and improving mobility. Firmer pressure can at times feel tender but this sensation is a soothing, relieving feeling. Some stretching techniques can be included in this treatment depending on your specific needs. Longer treatment durations allow enough time to include a full body massage.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

This is a very gentle, purposeful and relaxing form of massage that works with your Lymphatic System to trigger the body's natural healing processes. It is a very soothing massage and client's often fall asleep during a treatment. A very light pressure is applied to the superficial tissue using rhythmic motion to encourage the lymphatic fluid to move towards the lymph nodes helping to reduce fluid retention and tissue congestion. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) can help reduce stress, remove toxins from the body, boost the immune system and reduce fluid retention among many other benefits.
