Massage by Adrienne provides services at our location in South West London and on this website (massagebyadrienne.uk). By using our services you agree that you have read, understood and agreed with our terms and conditions of usage and services of our treatments and website www.massagebyadrienne.co.uk  

 

WHAT ARE OUR SERVICES?

• Our services include anything we offer, off and online. These include the use of our treatment facilities and website and any other services we provide, such as use of our social media platforms or product and service enquiries.

 

TERMINOLOGY 

• We refer to Massage by Adrienne with I / me / us / we / our

• We refer to you as a customer, client or organisation.

 

BOOKINGS AND PURCHASES

• All prices are in British pounds (£), unless otherwise specified.

• You can book your treatments via email, phone or our online booking system (Fresher).

• Deposits are payable for online bookings (Advance payment of the full cost of the treatment is required to secure a booking)

• You can purchase gift vouchers online by visiting our website. 

• Gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase.

 

TREATMENT SERVICES

• Massage by Adrienne provides treatment services at multiple locations in South West London.

• It is the client’s responsibility to make sure they are attending the correct location for their treatment.

• Treatment payments must be made at least 24hrs prior to the treatment by card only using either the Fresher software or by payment link. 

• It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any contraindications for treatments, such as medical conditions. 

• Completion of a Consultation form is required before any treatment can commence. 

• Late arrival will be deducted from treatment time.

• Getting changed is included in the treatment time.

• Massage by Adrienne reserves the right to refuse treatment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Massage by Adrienne operates on a 24 hours prior to treatment cancellation policy. If you are not able to attend your treatment please notify us as soon as possible. 

• Treatment time can be transferred to another person.

• Treatment cost is fully payable in case of uncancelled / unattended booking.

• Massage by Adrienne reserves the right to refuse bookings in case of continued cancellations.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• All content available on this site or on our marketing materials is the property of Massage by Adrienne (including photos, logos, graphics and texts). Any copying of any portion of this site is strictly forbidden without our prior consent.

 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You agree to follow our terms and conditions by using our services and website. You agree to follow the law and act in good faith. You may not make any alterations to our website or disrupt the usage of the website in any way. You will be held responsible for any losses and damages your actions may incur to Massage by Adrienne and our partners.

• You agree to provide true and accurate personal information when making your treatment booking or any purchases. You are responsible for ensuring your details are up to date and it is your responsibility to protect your password and prevent any unauthorised usage and purchases from your account. Should you forget your password, a link to update this will be sent to your previously supplied email account. We reserve the right to refuse usage of any accounts without prior notice.

You agree we are not responsible for any loss or damages of any sort when dealing with off-site links on this site. You agree we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages of any kind related to this site regardless of the form of action. 

 

INDEMNIFICATION 

• You understand and agree to indemnify and hold us blameless for any loss or damage or costs, resulting from any third party claims. You understand and agree to indemnify us for any damage or loss resulting from your use of any software or any data-gathering tools.
